Every Spanish citizen with a government-issued digital ID
will be able to claim their own sovereign node.

In V2, any Spanish citizen can use their official digital certificate (DNI electrónico) to register their personal sovereign debt claim directly in the protocol — using the State's own cryptographic tools against the State's own debt.

That opens the protocol to 47 million potential nodes.

The 500 Founder Nodes exist before all of that. They are the genesis layer. And they carry rights that V2 nodes will not have.
